Academics/Activities

Anderson Christian School Offers 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day preschool classes, half-day and full-day kindergarten, a full elementary school program which serves students in grades 1-5, and a middle school/high school program to serve students in grades 6-12. ACS is accredited through the National Christian School Association and Cognia. ACS also makes available both before and after school care for enrolled students.  Because it serves the educational needs of children from preschool through high school, ACS will be able to assist parents in the training of their children through all their children's most formative years.

Bible, Physical Education, Art, and Computer classes are all part of the curriculum offered at Anderson Christian School. As part of their elective courses middle school/high school students may choose from Art, Home Economics, Creative Writing, Computer, Publications, Fitness, and Foreign Language classes.

Extracurricular activities are also an important part of the ACS experience. These activities include band, choir, and sports and are offered for middle school and high school students depending on the interest shown for each.  In recent years our students have participated in interscholastic middle school girls volleyball, co-ed middle school soccer, middle school boys and girls basketball, and co-ed middle school golf. ACS athletics has also added high school golf, tennis, and bowling to our programs. Students in grades 3-5 may also participate in interscholastic soccer and basketball teams.  Students ages 3 years old through 3rd grade may participate in soccer and basketball programs.
